What we collect
When you submit the assessment request form we collect the name, work email address, company, topic of interest, and any message you provide. We also record which page the form was submitted from, the campaign parameters in the link you followed, and the referring website, so we know which of our pages started the conversation.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this form. Please do not include confidential client data, health information, or credentials in any field of the form.
Why we use it
We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare for an assessment conversation, and keep a record of the discussion. If we agree to work together, contact details move into the engagement record.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions and follow-up correspondence are handled in HubSpot, our customer relationship platform, and in Microsoft 365 for email. Website analytics are collected in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
NextRow delivers from Schaumburg, Illinois and from centers in Canada, India, and the United Arab Emirates. Personnel in those locations may access inquiry records under the access controls described on our Security and Trust page, subject to written confidentiality and intellectual property agreements.
Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit nextrow.com we ask which cookies you will allow. Nothing beyond essential cookies is set until you choose, your choice is stored for 12 months in a first-party cookie named nr_consent, and you can change it at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a refusal of marketing cookies and as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Essential. Always on. Security, load balancing, remembering your consent choice, and the contact form. These set no tracking identifiers.
Analytics. Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, used in aggregate to understand which pages are read and where visitors arrive from. Google Consent Mode is set to denied until you allow this category.
Marketing. Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Leadfeeder, used to measure campaigns and recognise returning companies, and the session-replay and testing tools Microsoft Clarity, Lucky Orange and Convert. Each of these vendors acts under its own privacy policy and may set cookies on its own domain.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Refusing analytics or marketing cookies does not affect access to any page on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner. Write to info@nextrow.com and we will confirm when it is done.
Your rights and how to reach us
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. We honor these requests regardless of whether a specific law requires it.
Send requests and privacy questions to info@nextrow.com, or write to NextRow Digital, 1450 American Lane, Suite 1050, Schaumburg, IL 60173, United States. Telephone (847) 592-2920.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the current version.
