What we collect

When you submit the assessment request form we collect the name, work email address, company, topic of interest, and any message you provide. We also record which page the form was submitted from, the campaign parameters in the link you followed, and the referring website, so we know which of our pages started the conversation.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information through this form. Please do not include confidential client data, health information, or credentials in the message field.

Why we use it

We use what you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare for an assessment conversation, and keep a record of the discussion. If we agree to work together, contact details move into the engagement record.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who processes it

Form submissions and follow-up correspondence are handled in HubSpot, our customer relationship platform, and in Microsoft 365 for email. Website analytics are collected in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.

NextRow delivers from Schaumburg, Illinois and from centers in Canada, India, and the United Arab Emirates. Personnel in those locations may access inquiry records under the access controls described on our Security and Trust page, subject to written confidentiality and intellectual property agreements.

Cookies

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for aggregate analytics. Functional cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies tell us which pages are read and where visitors arrive from.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect access to any page on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for business records. When a record is no longer needed, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. Write to info@nextrow.com and we will confirm when it is done.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or request portability. We honor these requests regardless of whether a specific law requires it.
