Job Description

This role is to lead the recruitment team, to deliver operational excellence and drive outstanding recruitment outcomes. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders to form strategic partnerships to understand their objectives and drive a recruitment strategy that supports their business goals. In addition, you will oversee the areas that support the recruitment process including coordination and internal mobility

 

  • Management of all day to day activity for the recruitment of temporary and permanent staff
  • Advising on recruitment strategy and sourcing techniques for a broad range of roles
  • Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance
  • Various in-depth reporting, such as financial, headcount, HR
  • Managing escalation of HR/recruitment issues and escalate to Account Director where appropriate
  • Design appropriate strategy for specific recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure the client is represented to an exceptional level in the external market
  • Work with recruitment teams to resolve complex talent acquisition challenges through innovative solutions
  • Work closely with the client to ensure that upcoming requirements can be met within budget and timescales
  • Creating, reviewing and updating recruitment processes to ensure best practice, internal policy compliance and external legislative compliance
  • Providing strategic partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments
  • Feed into Quarterly Business Reviews for their specific Business area
  • Full responsibility for P&L
  • Monthly review and account for changes and peaks and troughs in revenue
  • Build forecast analysis to plan for future needs
  • Ensure a full understanding of the contract and potential updates needed to align profitability
